1. What is Print on Demand (POD)?
Answer: Print on Demand (POD) is a printing technology and business process where items are printed only when an order is placed. This means there is no need for large inventories, and products can be customized easily. At our Australian print-on-demand business, we offer a range of products including apparel and accessories all printed with our unique designs.

2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Answer: The time it takes to receive your order depends on several factors including the product type, order volume, and shipping location. Typically, production takes 2-5 business days. Shipping within Australia usually takes an additional 2-7 business days. For international orders, shipping times may vary. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. In order to extend our quality and range of products we may use several different Suppliers which may mean several separate lots of shipping/packaging. This allows us to offer higher quality products and a better end result.

3. Can I return or exchange a product?
Answer: Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund. Please include your order number and photos of the issue for a quicker resolution.
